Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship our shoes to PO Boxes. Please choose another shipping address.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Each pair of shoes is handmade. On average you will receive your shoes in 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order.
It takes an average of five business days from the time you place your order to make your shoes.
Shipping in the US is 4-7 days. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can take up to 30 days for shipping.
I need to return my shoes.
If you have a defect, please send photos right away so we can get you a new pair ordered as quickly as possible.
If you need to return your shoes for any other reason, please contact us at christiansolesboutique@gmail.com. There is a shipping and handling fee of $25 to return shoes without a defect.
